SAROMAX100 BENDS & PIPES
Wear-resistant chrome carbide curves and pipes
SAROMAX100 Curve & Tubi represents the SARO solution dedicated to wear protection for pneumatic transport lines and systems subject to continuous erosion. The components are made with:
- Carbon steel structure
- Anti-wear coatings in extremely hard chromium carbides
This configuration allows you to achieve:
- high resistance to erosion
- long operating life
- reduction of maintenance on pneumatic transport lines
- Reliability in the transport of abrasive materials
Due to the high hardness of carbides, the components cannot be machined by chip removal. SAROMAX100 anti-wear liners are therefore manufactured by:
- welded sleeves
- Construction from re-welded wear-resistant pipes
- application-specific configurations
The applications concern in particular:
- dilute phase and dense phase pneumatic conveying
- curves subject to strong erosion
- tubing for abrasive materials
- dust and granule conveying lines
- High-speed transport systems
